Q: Please describe your business and the types of events you service?

A: Our business provides event photo favors for bar/bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteen’s, corporate events, and any other special events.

Q: How long has your family been in the photo business?

A: We have been in the photo favor industry for four years now. Note: The Madwed family also operates Capitol Photo Interactive, in business over 30 years

Q: Please give us an idea of your work flow. For instance, how long are your events? How many photos do you process? How many guests do you service?

A: A typical event for our company is 4 hours, and we produce up to 900 photos. It’s a lot to fathom. We service events with 50 people or events with 1000 people.

Q: What attracted you to NPS?

A: What attracted me to NPS was the number of different effects that no other software possesses.

Q: How have your customers and guests reacted to the products you create with NPS?

A: Guests have been giving rave reviews. People love the spoof ipod backgrounds the most. Clients who book regular frame jobs have upgraded to green screen and love the quality and the overall speed of the process as a result of the software.

Q: What makes NPS different from other solutions you have used?

A: NPS by far is the best system around. What event software has functions like Warhol, comic effect, face swap, and spoof ipod effects? The common issue regarding other software is lack of functions. They only do magazines and movie backgrounds. NPS goes above and beyond when it comes to functions and workflow. I’ve tested other software. NPS is definitely the way to go. I know it would benefit any photo favor business.

Q: How has NPS added value to your business, and would you recommend it to event operators?

A: NPS has helped make my business more successful than I could ever imagine. My business has increased, and I highly recommend NPS for other companies.
